Cancellation policies for each room type are set by the hostel and vary.
- If you have made a reservation and need to cancel the order, you can cancel it through the modification reservation function in the member area. Before canceling, you will preview the cost of canceling the order.
If you have not made a reservation yet, please check the official website > hotel page > room type > explanatory text under the room type price > the cancellation policy will be displayed in the pop-up window (the steps are as shown in the figure below).
