AsiaYo has four types of cancellation policies, which are different for each accommodation and each room type:
Active Cancellation Policy
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 3 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, he may request the hostel to refund 100% of the total paid room fee.
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 1-2 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, he may request the hostel to refund 50% of the total paid room fee.
- If the guest does not show up on the day of check-in (No-show), the hostel will be charged 100% of the total paid room rate
Moderate Cancellation Policy
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 7 days before the check-in date (inclusive), he may request the hostel to refund 100% of the total paid room fee.
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 4-6 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, he may request the hostel to refund 50% of the total paid room fee.
- If the guest cancels the reservation 1-3 days (inclusive) before the check-in date or does not show up on the day of check-in (No-show), the hostel owner shall charge 100% of the total paid room rate.
Conservative Cancellation Policy
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 14 days before the check-in date (inclusive), he may request the hostel to refund 100% of the total paid room fee.
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 7-13 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, he may request the hostel to refund 50% of the total paid room fee.
- If the guest cancels the reservation 1-6 days (inclusive) before the check-in date or does not show up on the day of check-in (No-show), the hostel owner shall charge 100% of the total paid room rate.
Strict Cancellation Policy
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 30 days before the check-in date (inclusive), he may request the hostel to refund 100% of the total paid room fee.
- If the passenger cancels the reservation 7-29 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, he may request the hostel to refund 50% of the total paid room fee.
- If the guest cancels the reservation 1-6 days (inclusive) before the check-in date or does not show up on the day of check-in (No-show), the hostel owner shall charge 100% of the total paid room rate.
