After you pay by credit card and the reservation is successful, your card issuing bank will charge your credit card, and there will be a deduction record in the credit card statement.
For all refunds due to cancellation or early check-out, AsiaYo will refund according to the payment method you originally selected. After the bank processes the refund, your bill will have a "negative" deduction (chargeback) to offset the deduction amount at the time of payment.
That is to say, there will be two records in your credit card statement, one deduction record and one "negative" deduction record (chargeback).
If it takes longer than your credit card statement settlement date for the bank to process the refund, the refund amount will appear on the next statement. If you urgently need to confirm the refund, you can contact your card issuing bank for confirmation.
